These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CitizenshipAImobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Important Disclaimers
CitizenshipAI is an independent educational application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs.
Content is developed using publicly available Australian citizenship education resources including Our Common Bond.
Some explanations may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Users should consult official government sources for the most current information.
Practice questions in the app are AI-generated educational questions based on publicly available materials. We do not copy official Australian citizenship test questions, and the app should not be relied upon as an official exam source.
You should not rely on the Service as an official source for the Australian citizenship test. For authoritative information, refer to official Australian Government sources such as the Department of Home Affairs website.
2. Eligibility

4. Educational Purpose Only
CitizenshipAI is intended for educational preparation only. It does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, citizenship application advice, or official exam content.
CitizenshipAI provides educational tools to help users prepare for the Australian citizenship test, including AI-generated practice questions, explanations, progress tracking, and related study features. The Service is not a substitute for professional immigration or legal advice.
No guarantee of success: We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the Australian citizenship test or any other outcome related to your citizenship application. Test formats, requirements, and official information may change at any time.
You are responsible for verifying important information using official Australian Government sources, including the Department of Home Affairs.
5. Content and AI-Generated Material
Practice questions in the Service are AI-generated educational questions based on publicly available Australian citizenship education materials. We do not copy official exam questions.
Content in the Service may become outdated if government information changes. AI-generated or AI-assisted explanations may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should always consult official government sources for the most current and authoritative information.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Web subscriptions are purchased through the Account page. Mobile subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Mobile subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
