No. CitizenshipAI is an independent educational application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. CitizenshipAI is an independent educational preparation app only. For official citizenship test information, refer to the Department of Home Affairs and other official Australian Government sources.
No. CitizenshipAI is designed to help you study and practise for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will pass the Australian citizenship test or achieve any particular outcome. Test requirements and official information may change, and you should always verify important information with official government sources.
You can delete your account directly inside the app. Go to Settings, then Account, and select Delete Account. For step-by-step instructions, visit our Delete Account page.
We collect information such as your email address, account details, learning progress, practice results, and language preference to provide the Service. We do not collect passport information, identity documents, biometric data, or government application data. Data is stored using Supabase infrastructure on our behalf. Create an account on the website or in the iOS or Android app, then sign in. The same account is used across web and mobile. You can practise with educational questions based on publicly available Australian citizenship study materials.
Practice questions in the app are AI-generated educational questions based on publicly available materials. We do not copy official Australian citizenship test questions, and the app should not be relied upon as an official exam source. Content is developed using publicly available Australian citizenship education resources including Our Common Bond.
Some explanations may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Users should consult official government sources for the most current information. The AI tutor provides educational explanations and responds to your questions using your current lesson context and progress. It is not a substitute for official government guidance.
Web Premium is purchased on the Account page. Mobile subscriptions purchased on iOS or Android are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests follow the policy of the platform where you purchased.
